Some of these books (maybe all of them) will overlap with the “awesome books” page (but that’s a tough list to get on to). If that’s the case, this page essentially serves as a filter for your convenience. As always, every book listed I’ve personally read, and I’m open to suggestions for future reading. Thanks!
The Secrets of People who Never Get Sick. Gene Stone, 203 pages. This book contains 25 secrets that are not necessarily causal, but do correlate, with better health. Many of the secrets were new to me, as this is something I didn’t regularly think about when I read it. A good take away from this book is that there are plenty of easy and affordable ways to prevent illness, as it discusses a wide range of topics (garlic, yoga, and cold showers to name a few). And hey, prevention is at least as good as a cure!
Okay, I know I need to read more books in this area. Any suggestions/recommendations?
